Responsibilities and Duties
- Sourcing and screening qualified clinical personnel – Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants & other medical related positions.
- Interviewing and on-boarding/ credentialing the qualified clinical personnel
- Staffing the qualified clinical personnel into PRN/ per diem and contract positions
- Administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Resume screening
- Database management
- Detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Knowledge of VMS Systems/ staffing software is a plus
