Total Medical Personnel Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter | Credentialing Specialist. Our agency has been a leader in the medical staffing industry for 25 years. This position is a full-time opportunity and will interface with both clients and nursing staff. Responsibilities and Duties

• Sourcing and screening qualified clinical personnel – Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants & other medical related positions.
• Interviewing and on-boarding/ credentialing the qualified clinical personnel
• Staffing the qualified clinical personnel into PRN/ per diem and contract positions
• Administrative duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Resume screening
• Database management
• Detail-oriented
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong computer skills are a must
• Knowledge of VMS Systems/ staffing software is a plus
